BIG ASS LIGHT WARRANTY

Big Ass Fans, LLC warrants its fixtures to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use and service for the warranty period specified

below after the date of shipment to the customer. This warranty only applies to the model numbers listed below, and is limited solely to fixtures purchased

directly from the Big Ass Fans family of companies or from one of its authorized dealers. Under no circumstances will warranty coverage extend to products

purchased through eBay, craigslist, or other internet auction or internet-based retail sites.

Big Ass Fans, LLC will repair or replace any equipment found to be defective during the warranty period. A fixture shall be deemed defective if greater than

15 percent of the individual light emitting diodes (LEDs) are not not illuminated at full power. Final determination of the nature and responsibility for defective

or damaged equipment will be made by Big Ass Fans, LLC, working with any component vendor(s), if applicable. If Big Ass Fans, LLC determines the fixture

is defective, Big Ass Fans, LLC will elect, in its sole discretion, to refund the purchaser the purchase price of the fixture, repair the fixture, or replace the

fixture. Warranty coverage is contingent upon proper use in the application for which the product was intended and does not cover fixtures which have been

modified or repaired without Big Ass Fans, LLC approval, or on which original identification marks have been removed or altered. This warranty does not

cover loss or damage to the product caused by negligence; abuse; misuse; mishandling; improper installation, storage, or maintenance; damage due to fire or

acts of God; vandalism; civil disturbances; power surges; improper power supply; electrical current fluctuations; corrosive environment installations; induced

vibration; harmonic oscillation or resonance associated with movement of air currents around the fixture; alteration; accident; failure to follow installation,

operating, or maintenance instructions prescribed by Big Ass Fans, LLC or applicable electrical codes; or improper service of the fixture performed by

someone other than Big Ass Fans, LLC or its authorized technical service providers.

This warranty also does not apply to interconnecting cables or wires, consumables, surge protectors, or to any damage resulting from battery leakage. In all

cases the responsibility and liability of Big Ass Fans, LLC under this warranty shall be limited to the cost of the equipment. The purchaser must obtain shipping

instructions for the prepaid return of any item under this warranty provision and compliance with such instruction shall be a condition to make any claim under

this warranty.

“Labor” shall mean on-site technical service provided by Big Ass Fans, LLC during the first year that the product is in service. At Big Ass Fans, LLC’s sole

discretion, this may be employees of Big Ass Fans, LLC or qualified technicians contracted by Big Ass Fans, LLC. Big Ass Fans, LLC will not reimburse

customers or independent contractors without prior written approval from Big Ass Fans, LLC. Reimbursement will be limited to the Big Ass Fans, LLC customer

in whose building the product(s) are installed of all reasonable cost paid by the customer to an independent contractor employed to remove, dismantle,

reassemble, or reinstall any of the warrantied products during the first year that the product is in service. Big Ass Fans, LLC may request proof of payment by

the customer to the independent contractor of all the charges, and will reimburse the customer only to the extent of those charges that are determined by Big

Ass Fans, LLC, in its sole discretion, to be reasonable and necessary under the circumstances. Under no circumstances will labor apply to:

a. Residential installations;

b. Installations where the product has been moved subsequent to its initial installation, unless not permanently installed (portable), or where any of the other

warranty exclusions apply; and

c. Demo fixtures.

Except for the express warranty stated above, Big Ass Fans, LLC disclaims all warranties with regard to the products sold hereunder including all implied

warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and the express warranties stated herein are in lieu of all obligations or liabilities on the part

of Big Ass Fans, LLC including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the product, which are specifically

disclaimed. This warranty is voided when:

a. The original purchaser or user ceases to own the product; or

b. The fixture is moved from its original point of installation, unless not permanently installed (portable).
