FLUSH MOUNT
A1. Secure the slotted mounting plate to the outlet box with the provided
mounting screws, using the correct slots for your outlet box type.
A2. Make sure the two round screw holes in the slotted plate will align properly
with the keyhole mounting plate on top of the fixture when the fixture is hung.
Make sure the fixture will also be oriented correctly after it is twisted onto the
slotted plate. The slotted plate can be flipped over and any of the slots can be
used to accommodate various alignments and outlet box configurations.
A3. Screw the provided green ground screw into the ground screw hole in the
slotted mounting plate.
A4. Secure the keyhole mounting plate to the fixture with the provided screws.
