ACTIONS:
Listen:
While extension is in use, an authorised user can select a channel and click on "listen". This action will prompt
the authorised
user for its extension. As long th user is authorised to listen (monitor) to the selected channel then the
authorised users extension will ring allowing to the user to listen to the monitored extension call.
Transfer:
Transfer allows an authorised used to transfer any of the current calls
Hang up:
Hang up allows an authorised user to hang up any of the current calls

Details provides additional information useful for debugging
12.7 System
System continues sly monitors system services, load, ZAPTEL modules etc. in order to achieve and maintain
high quality operations across the system and network. The result of these monitoring operations are also
accessible to an authorised user.
