Queues 81
© 2003-2008 Bicom Systems
This field specifies an announcement to be played for the member as soon as they answer a call.
Typically, this is an indication of how the call should be answered. This is useful when agents or
members are accepting calls from more than one queue.
Timeout:
Specifies how long the phone will ring before a timeout is considered.
Retry:
Specifies how long the system waits before trying all the members again.
Wrap-up Time:
After a successful call, this will determine how long to wait before sending a potentially free
agent/member another call (default is 0, or no delay).
Agent Called Events:
Server can generate "Agent Called Events" when an agent/member is connected. Enabling this feature
may generate a large amount of extra manager events.
