The specified time (in seconds) will set how often the system will announce the callers queue position
and/or estimated hold time. (Setting 0 means off).
Announce Round Seconds:
If this field is anything except zero, then the system will announce the seconds as well as the minutes
rounded to the assigned value.
10.1.1.3 Recording
Set whether calls in queues should be recorded and select queue monitor format here.
Record Queue Calls:
"Yes" sets all queue calls to be recorded by the system.
Monitor Format:
Calls can be recorded in one of the following formats:
· gsm
· wav
· wav49
Monitor Join:
Monitor join enables inbound/outbound audio to be "joined" into a single file. (Default="Yes")
10.1.1.4 Greeting
Set queue greeting to be played to the caller and time interval for its playing.
Greeting:
This field takes its value from following system path: /home/servers/switchware/pw/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/
Its name must be in the following format in order to show in the select box:
queue-greeting-$NAME (Example: queue-Welcome.gsm)
Wait Seconds:
It indicates how long the caller will wait before receiving the greeting.
