Name:

Unique name for this IVR.

Number:

IVR Number. This is auto generated and modifiable.

Greeting:

A Greeting to be played to the callers.

This field takes its value from the following system path:

/home/servers/switchware/pw/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/

Its name must in the following format in order to show in the select box:

greeting-$FILENAME (Example: greeting-Welcome.gsm). A Greeting file can be uploaded using the sounds

section or

it can be recorded by dialling the appropriate access number. The default access number is (*301).

Char:

Selecting an option from the drop-down menu will assign a service to a specific button. The field on right

is used for adding a text description or to choose an option when provided.
