Caller ID:

· Number: This number is auto-updated to correspond to the user's extension number. This field is not

modifiable.

· Name: This field is used for the User's Name.

Restrict CID:

This feature is used to hide the callers identification information.

Available options:

· Yes(Causes the user's caller id information to not display).

· No (Enables the user's caller id information to be displayed).

· N/A (Restrict Caller ID function not available).

5.2.5 Voicemail

Voicemail enables callers to leave a voicemail for the party they are dialing.

Voicemail

The Voicemail field has three options:

· Yes (Enables the user to receive Voicemail (Default)).

· No (Disables the user from receiving Voicemail).

· N/A (Voicemail is not available for the user).

Mailbox:

This field is an auto generated/populated form extension value field.

Name

This field is used for the user's name. The value of this field is auto populated from "General" group, field

"Name".

This is an auto-generated PIN. The value of this field is auto populated from "Authentication" group, field

"Name".
