17.8 Access Codes
Access codes provide system user with access to essential system or enhanced services. Access codes can be
of dynamic or static type. Dynamic access codes values can be customised just by changing its value as
apposed to static type where customising is not possible.
DYNAMIC ACCESS CODES
Voicemail
Access code allowing access to the voice mail box. This access code asks user only for the PIN since it already
has extension information from callers Caller ID.
Agent Login
Agent login allows logins into a queue or queue group.
Format for this operation is: $ACCESSCODE/$QUEUENO.
Example: Joe ( ext. 100) to be able to login into Sales queue (queue 301) needs to dial: "*200301"
Agent Logout
Agent logout allows logging out of a queue or queue group.
Format for this operation is: $ACCESSCODE/$QUEUENO.
Example: Joe ( ext. 100) to be able to log out of Sales queue (queue 301) needs to dial: "*201301"
AA Greetings
AA getting records a greeting to be used in IVR. Format of recording is: greeting-$DATE/TIME
Example: Joe recorded a greeting at 19.48 hrs on March 18th. Recorded file will be named:
"greeting-Mar-18-2005-19-48"
