Device Name
Name of the UAD.
DTMF Mode
Dual Tone Multi-Frequency, the system used by touch-tone telephones. DTMF assigns a specific frequency
(consisting of two separate tones) to each key so that it can easily be identified by a microprocessor.
Available options:
· Inland (This mode will not work unless the code is set to ulaw or alaw (G711)).

DTMF mode used varies from UAD used, codec and network condition.
Status
This setting sets the user's account status. The following options are available:
· Active (Active state allows the user account to be used)
· Not Activated (Account has not been activated for specified user)
SER: (Sip Express Router - high performance server that redirects calls) Allow Subscriber to place calls
through this server.

NAT:
NAT or "Network Address Translation" is the technology most commonly used by firewall's and routers to
allow multiple devices on a LAN with private IP addresses to share a single public IP address.
When a user agent device is connected to a local network and placed behind a NAT device, "Yes" selection
should be chosen. However, if a device has a public IP Address, then "No" should be selected. The options
for this setting include:
· Yes
· No
· Never
· Route
· N/A
Channels
Incoming channels allowed per extension
Outgoing channels allowed per extension
No Transfer set whether the device can by pass the system and send media streams directly between UAD.
Send ANI set whether ANI ( automatic number identification) will be used.
Trunk sets whether UAD is allowed to bond its channels into one media stream.
