RTP Timeout:
Terminate call if x seconds of no RTP activity when we're not on hold
RTP Hold Timeout:
Terminate call if x seconds of no RTP activity when we're on hold (must be larger than rtptimeout)
Pedantic Checking:
Enable slow, pedantic checking of Call-ID:s, multi line SIP headers and URI-encoded headers
Record History:
