17.1.1 Network Info

Edit PBXware network information here.

SWITCHware Address

This is default IP/Hostname of local SWITCHware server. This value can be set to remote SWITCHware

server as well if the whole network

is configured for multi server operation.

Server Type

Please select your server's primary use.

Universal

Voicemail

Server code

This fields provides a unique server code which is used to identify the server.

17.1.2 General Settings

General fields are all the fields required to have the PBX system operate correctly and most are required.

Announce Trunks

In case the primary trunk fails to complete a call, the system could play "Using secondary/tertiary trunk

to terminate your call". The playing of this message can be controlled by setting "announce trunk" to

"yes" or "no".

Absolute Timeout

This field sets a timing value on how long any call can last in seconds.
