You can select here whether to show a Service plan in your SWITCHware.

16.1.1 Rates

Destination Group rates for all Remote and Local destinations can be edited from here.

If you need to do massive rates changes it is preferred to download CSV file and change rates on your

computer. After you have done this step you will have to click 'Browse' button, select file you have been

updating and click 'Upload' button. After that step new rates, the ones you have changed, will take effect.

If the changes you are to made regard just one or a couple of destination groups you can make them by

clicking on 'Edit' (Floppy icon) button located on the right of each destination group.

Remote destinations are all destinations that do not belong to your PBX network.

Routes

All available destinations routes are displayed alphabetically in order to allow easy access. Once a letter

is clicked on, the routes destination groups are displayed.

Destination group

Each route has one or more destination groups. These are usually regular phone numbers, cell (mobile)

numbers etc.
