Field Description
Serial Number
Displays the system key serial number. This number is
required when a license key is created or updated.
License Counts
Number of seats licensed:
• UM seats. Total license count for unified messaging.
• System Languages. Total number of licensed system
languages.
• Hospitality Languages. Total number of licensed
hospitality languages.
• Fax Ports. Total number of fax ports configured on the
system.
• Voice Ports. Total number of active voice ports.
• Text-to-Speech Seats. Total number of licensed TTS
seats.
• Automatic Speech Recognition Seats. Total license
count.
Licensed Features
Licensed features:
• Switch Integration. The type of integration.
• AMIS/PluSNet. Yes if the feature is licensed, no if it is
not licensed.
• Hospitality. Yes if licensed, no if not licensed.
