Field Description
Site name
The company name.
System administrator
The name of the system administrator.
Customer contact
The name of the person responsible for the messaging
system server maintenance if different than the system
administrator.
Customer phone number
The phone number of the system administrator or contact.
Type numbers only, do not use alphabetic or special
characters.
Alternate contact
The name of the person responsible for the messaging
system server maintenance if the system administrator or
contact are not available.
Alternate phone number
The phone number of the alternate contact. Type numbers
only, do not use alphabetic or special characters.
