Deleting Hotel Guest Messages
Use the following procedure to delete only the guest messages from the system without deleting the guest.
To delete a hotel guests messages
1. In the Navigation Pane, click Hotel Guests > Guests > Profile.
2. Click Search to find and select the guest.
3. Click Delete Messages.
4. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
