Deleting Hotel Guests
When a hotel guest is removed from the messaging system, the guest’s messages are automatically deleted.
To delete a hotel guest
1. In the Navigation Pane, click Hotel Guests > Guests > Profile.
2. Click Search to find and select the guest.
3. Click Delete to delete the guest from the messaging system.
4. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
