Creating the Wake-up Call Log Report
This report lists all attempted wake-up calls. Use the report to troubleshoot when a wake-up call was made. Wake-up
call usage patterns can be established and monitored when they are tracked over time.
To create a wake-up call report
1. In the Navigation Pane, click Reports > Hospitality > Wake-up call log.
2. Select the report date range: From and To dates.
NOTE
WHEN THE START DATE IS THE SAME OR LATER THAN THE END DATE THE SYSTEM ASSUMES YOU MEAN THE MONTH AND DATE OF THE
PREVIOUS YEAR.
3. Select an output device:
Display. Displays the report in a pop-up window.
File. Saves the report to a file. The default file name is default.txt, type a report file name to use an
alternative file name.
4. Click Run to generate the report.
