Deleting a Message Group or Group Messages
The following Message Group information can be deleted:
• A group
• A group’s messages
• A group’s members. See Removing Message Group Members.
To delete a message group
1. In the Navigation Pane, click Groups > Message groups.
2. Click Search to find and select a message group.
3. Click Delete Group, Save Messages to delete the message group and save the group messages.
4. Click OK to confirm the deletion or click Cancel.
To delete message group messages
1. In the Navigation Pane, click Groups > Message groups.
2. Click Search to find and select a message group.
3. Click Delete All Messages to delete all messages.
4. Click OK to confirm the deletion or click Cancel.
