Resetting Subscriber Password
The subscriber’s password cannot be retrieved or deleted. However, system managers can reset the subscriber
password to the system default when a subscriber forgets their password.
To reset subscriber security codes
1. In the Navigation Pane, click Subscribers > Subscribers > Profile.
2. Click Search to find and select a subscriber.
3. On the subscriber Profile page, select Reset password to System Default password.
4. Click Save.
5. Tell the subscriber to log on to the messaging system and create a new password.
