option in Memory Block 3-92.

1. Reset COI(8)-U( ) ETU. If trouble persists,
go to next step.
2. Replace COI(8)-U( ) ETU, and test.
3. Perform Second Initialization, and test.
4. Perform First Initialization, and test.
5. Replace CPUB( )-U( ) ETU.
