If the identified slot is occupied by another add-in card, first remove any screws and/or retention mechanisms holding it in place, then pull out the card. Step 6B. In Windows XP or 2000, click “Cancel” if the “Found New Hardware” wizard appears Step 13B. While wattage may appear to be sufficient, amperage may not. If it looks like your power supply does not or barely meets the minimum requirements, replace it with a more powerful model. Often times a poor power supply is the cause of graphics card related problems. 2. Do not overclock your graphics card.

Click “No” if prompted to reboot. 5. While still viewing the “Add or Remove Programs” screen, examine the list and make sure that you don't have any other drivers installed from your previous graphics card.
