please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will require 
you to provide the purchase receipt for verification of the warranty claim. 
Based on the specific situation, we will provide you with the appropriate 
solution, which may include repair, replacement of parts, or the entire 
product.
Maintenance Recommendations:
To ensure the normal service life and performance of the product, please 
follow these maintenance recommendations during daily use:
1. Regular cleaning: Use mild cleansers and a soft cloth to wipe the furniture's 
surface, removing dust, stains, and other contaminants.
2. Avoid exposure to extreme weather conditions: While our products are 
designed for outdoor use, prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions 
may lead to damage.
