6.7 Can Not Dial Out
1. Poor network signal exists in that place, and please transfer to other places with
strong signal.
2. The local network operator is busy line, and you can try again later.

6.8 Standby Time Is Short
1. The standby time of mobile phone changes with the unstability of local network
signal.
2. It may be caused by some factors such as environmental temperature, distance
from base station.
