5. Maintenance
• Protect the handheld transmitter from humidity, knocks and shock. Avoid dropping the transmitter at
all times
• For cleaning metal surfaces, use a soft cloth moistened with methylated spirits or alcohol.
6. Service
Servicing must be carried out by qualified service personnel only. Dismantling the microphone yourself
will invalidate the guarantee.
Software Programmer
• In the Software Programmer area you can update the firmware of the Stegos receiver and the
boundary microphones.
• If you would like to update the firmware of the receiver, select the “Select File” button, select the
appropriate file and then select the “Start Update” button.
• If you would like to update the firmware of the boundary microphones, tick the “RF Update” tick
box, select the “Select File” button, choose the appropriate file and select the “Start Update” button.
