IRISYS Access Control Tailgate
Detection (1 Year Warranty)
The IRISYS IRS2100 offers a practical solution to tailgating for access
controlled entrances. The ceiling mounted unit uses IRISYS’ unique
thermal imaging technology to offer significant increases in security;
ideal for applications including cash and data centres, utility companies,
high security offices, manufacturing plants and transport hubs.

The unit is self contained, can interface with most access control systems
and the resulting tailgate alarm output can be used to trigger an alarm,
activate a CCTV system or sound a local buzzer.
For use in Tailgate Mode, ensure the access system can provide a voltage
pulse switched by a relay output which provides a 0.1 – 1 sec pulse for
each valid card independent of the unlock relay
Engineer needs IWC 2044 and ISU0004 loaded on a laptop with serial
port to configure the Tailgate Detector.

IRISYS People Counting (Hardware 1 Year Warranty, Software
3 Months Warranty, annual software maintenance available)
Ideal for Museums and Galleries, Retail Stores, Pubs, Bars and similar
premises, the IRISYS People Counting system offers efficient monitoring
of customer/visitor traffic to a premises. The data can provide reports
of traffic patterns, valuable for assessing busy times, hourly/daily visitor
numbers, as a comparison against revenues and as a useful record to
help in planning staff rotas.
