Communications
If more than one eX Series ACU is installed or if the total cable length is greater than 15m from the PC to the ACU, you will need a protocol converter to
connect to the network into the PC RS232 socket. If more than one MicroGarde is installed and the first ACU is less than 15m from the PC then a separate
protocol converter will not be required. This is because MicroGarde has an in-built converter.
