Product guide
It is a natural requirement for most businesses to secure their premises, but
they must also have a simple and convenient method of allowing access to
visitors and employees. The simplest and most convenient way of solving this
problem is to install a modern Door Entry Phone System. Bewator has a range
covering three different solutions. Bewatel provides a hardwired solution,
Bewacom utilises a company’s existing internal switchboard and Telecode allows
access to remote doors via a Public Switched Telephone Network. Between
them they cover every requirement, be it large, small, commercial or residential.

Door Entry Phone Systems
Door Entry
Phone Systems
Bewatel
A Door Entry Phone System for one to four hardwired dedicated handsets, with
the option of a built-in Keypad for staff access, ideal for the small business.
Three variants are available; the BT-41 is designed for connection to one internal
handset, the BT-44 for connection of up to four handsets, whilst the BTK-41
connection to one internal handset and a keypad to allow staff or resident access.
Bewacom
A sophisticated Door Entry Phone System that connects directly to a company's
internal PABX switchboard (requires a 2-wire analogue line). The system acts as
an extension of the switchboard, so there is minimal hard wiring and access can
be granted from any extension on the system. There are two variants, the BM3
with a built in Keypad and the BM31 for connection to one nominated extension.
Telecode
Telecode is a patented BABT approved Door Entry System that can be
connected directly to the public telephone network (PSTN), removing the need
for hardwiring of handsets and allows users to open secured doors from their
own telephone handsets or via a mobile phone. This makes the system ideal for
applications where such hardwiring is either unpractical or too costly, thus
providing a simple solution for controlling access through remote doors.
Telecode also comes with a built-in keypad enabling tenants and regular callers
to gain access via an assigned code.
