Trouble shooting
Important: If the detection shows “Er” or the app prompts "Fault", turn off the power switch
and resolve the problem according to the following solutions.

Device displays "Er"
or app prompts "Fault"
1. The circulatory system is
blocked, and the pump has
no water.
Make sure that the inlet
and outlet of the pool are
fully covered by water.
Make sure the inlet and
outlet valves are open.
Exhaust air from the
whole circulation system.

The filter indicator lights up
or app prompts,
"Clean/replace the filter
core!"
1. The filter element is dirty. Take out the filter element
and rinse it.
Replace the filter element
with a new one, in case
the alarm remains.
