• 10gbasil
• 1bagofalmondflakes

Preparation
Putthesun-driedtomatoes,garlicandbasilwith
someoilofthetomatoesintheblender.Add
someboilliquidofthepasta.Mixeverythinguntil
asortofpesto.Addthecheese,pepperandsalt.
Cookthepastaaldentewithsomesalt.
Olive tapenade
Ingredients
• 500ggreenolives(pitted)
• 150gblackolives(pitted)
• 6peeledclovesofgarlic
• 70ggratedParmesancheese
• 100gsoftsun-driedtomatoes
Preparation
Putthegreenandblackolives,garlic,cheeseand
tomatoesintheblender.Addsomeextravirgin
oliveoilslowlyuntilaliquid(pureed)mass,
whichiswellspreadable.Addsomefreshgrind
pepperforapiquanttaste.Tastesgreatontoast
orbaguette.
Raspberries sorbet ice cream
Ingredients
• 1lemon
• 600graspberries
• 150gpowderedsugar
• 150mlwater
Preparation
Cutthelemonintwoandsqueezetheinside.Mix
theraspberrieswiththelemonjuice,sugarand
1,5dlofwaterintheblender.Pourthemixturein
afreezerbox.Carefullyputtheboxinthefreezer
andletitfreezefor6hours.Stirthemixturewith
aforkeveryhour.Youcanalsopourthemixture
inanicecreammakerandleaveittherefor40
minutes.Afterthatservetheicecreaminabowl
orcone.

Ingredients
• 3yellowpaprika’s
• 2tablespoonsofcrèmefraîche
• 150gofcarrots
• 4springonions
• 2clovesofgarlic
• 30gParmesancheese
• 2teaspoonsofgratedginger-race
• 3tablespoonsofcuttedbasil
• 2tablespoonsofoliveoil
• 4tablespoonsofwhippedcream
• 1litrevegetabletea

Preparation
Cutthepaprika’slengthwaysinhalf,removethe
seedsandcutthefleshintosmallpieces.Cutthe
carrotsinsmallpiecesandcutthespringonions
andgarlicfine.Frythespringonions,garlicand
1teaspoonofgratedginger-raceinoliveoil,then
addthepaprikaandcarrotsandfryitwiththe
restfor5minutes.Addthevegetableteaandlet
itcookslowlyfor10minutes.Pureethemixture
intheblender.Putthemixtureinapanandheat
itup.Stirthecrèmefraîchethroughitandadd
somepepperandsalt.StirtheParmesancheese,
basilandtherestoftheginger-racethroughthe
whippedcream.Pourthesoupintobowlsandput
onetablespoonofthecreammixtureonit.
