Operator Fed Uniform Cartons Bottom Seal
The BestPack MSBFT Series is a uniform operator-fed, bottom carton sealer
designed to reduce the time required to fold & seal the bottom flaps of a
carton. This unit can be used when carton-forming volume has become too
large to manually form and tape the cartons completely by hand, but the
volume is too small to justify a fully automatic carton erector/sealer.
Our MSBFT line incorporates our exclusive pop-out pressure-sensitive “High
Speed” tape head with BestPack’s patented tab adjustment. All BestPack
units are available in our standard baked enamel finish and food-grade 304
stainless steel.
ERECTOR PROCESS
The carton erector has two stations. The first station folds the bottom flaps of
the carton and the second station seals the bottom flaps and feeds the carton
automatically on to a conveyor.
