your B.A.S.I.S.® G (83KB or 93KG), B.A.S.I.S. V (83KBV or
9.3KBV), NT500 (83KN or 93KN) or Keypad EZ (83KZ or

Use the following survey to record information about
the installation site. You need this information to
determine how to prepare the door for the lock.
