WARMING
SLOW COOKING ANDLOW TEMPERATURE USES
OFTHEOVEN
Inthis oven function thepreheatinglight/sound
indicators are deactivated; only the heating
indicatorlightisactive.
In addition to providing perfect temperature for
bakingandroasting,theovencanbeusedatlow
temperaturesto keep food attheproper
serving
temperatureandtowarmplates.
Set the oven to bake and use the temperature
suggestedonthechartbelow.
TherearethreepossiblesettingforWARMING
mode;selectinfunctionselector(symbol)and
then:
- Level1withtemperatureselectorsetat
200°F/95°C(internalovensetupfixed
temperatureof140°F=60°C)
- Level2withtemperatureselectorsetat
250°F/120°C(internalovensetupfixed
temperatureof170°F=77°C)
- Level3with
temperatureselectorsetat
300°F/150°C(internalovensetupfixed
temperatureof220°F=105°C)
FOODSAFETY
The United States Department of Agriculture
recommends to NOT keep food at temperatures
between 40°F/5°C to 140°F/60°C for longer than
2hours.
Cookingrawfoodsbelow275°F/135°Cisnot
recommended.

to proof bread; proofing is the rising of a yeast
dough.
To activate PROOFING mode: set functio n
selector on and set temperature selector at
150°F/65°C (corresponding to an internal oven
setupfixedtemperatureof100°F=38°C).
Looselycoverthebowlorpananduseanyrack.
Keepthedoor closed andcheck therisingof the
doughuntilthedesiredresultisobtained.
Coolingfansdoesnotoperateduring
PROOFING.
