ASSISTANT FUNCTION

Developed with the help of Italian professional chef consultant Roberto Carcangiu, Bertazzoni’s exclusive
ASSISTANT function is a revolutionary system for upgrading oven cooking in the home. The ASSISTANT is
pre-programmed with finely calibrated sets of cooking modes, temperatures and times sequences for each
type of food. The system does not provide recipes – those are yours to choose from. The ASSISTANT will
simply ‘pilot’ the oven to help you make the best of your oven recipes.
Enjoy selecting the sequences already stored in the ASSISTANT that best suit your own style of cooking and
culinary taste. After you have familiarized with them, you will be able to build new sequences of your own
creation and store them for future use.
The ASSISTANT is available on XT models only together with a food probe for temperature control.
