Limited Lifetime Warranty
Company guarantees its products against failure or defects for as long as the purchaser or end
user owns them. This warranty is void if any damage to the product is due to misuse, abuse,
neglect, accident, improper installation or any uses contrary to the instructions accompanying
any product. This warranty covers the cost of the defective part and not the costs of removal,
installation or other incidental charges. The foregoing are the purchaser’s exclusive remedies.
To obtain a replacement of product under this warranty, contact Customer Service within 30
days of the discovery of the defect. Please let us know how the product was used and the type
of defect or malfunction experienced.
Company assumes no liability for special or consequential damages. This limited warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Replacement product may be obtained by returning the product, transportation charges
prepaid, together with a receipt of purchase of other documents acknowledging the sale of the
