those parts of you BERSA® rearm wich have been
“tuned” or “gunsmithed” for performance other than
costumized tuning and other services provided by
an authorizes service center.

NOTICE: It illegal to, among other things, ship rearms
with ammunition in the rearm or in the same pack-
aging. Firearm and ammunition must be shipped
separately. Make sure you are in compliance with all
local and federal laws when shipping a rearm for
repair under this service contract to any authorized
service center. You are solely responsible for under-
standing and complying with all state, federal, or
other applicable laws or regulations regarding the
shipment of rearms and/or ammunition.
