WARRANTY

BERSA S.A., Magallanes 775, - B1704 FLC Ramos Mejía,

Argentina, Warrants to the original purchaser that

this BERSA® rearm will be free from defects in mate-

rial and workmanship under normal use for a period

of one year from the date of purchase. Under this

warranty, BERSA S.A. shall repair or replace any de-

fective part, or at our option, exchange the rearm

within a reasonable time and without charge. Claim

under this warranty should be submitted in writing

the state one year period, together with proof of the

date of purchase and the rearm (insurance and

shipment prepaid by the purchase) to an authorized

warranty center indentied on the enclosed list. Re-

turn shipment and insurance shall be paid by BERSA®

provided the claim is covered by this warranty.

This warranty shall be waived if the claimed defect

or malfunction was caused by neglect, abuse, care-

less handing, unauthorized adjustement, alterations

or modications, improper ammunition, or unrea-

sonable use.

BERSA S.A. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCI-

DENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE FOR BODILY IN-

JURY PROPERTY DAMAGE OR ECONOMIC LOSS UNDER

THIS WARRANTY OR OTHER GROUNDS. SOME STATES

DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF

INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL.

This warranty gives you specic legal right, and you

may also have other right which vary from state to

state if you require assistance in connetion with this
