Quickship™ caps ship in 2 business days (or less) after your order is received and
customized at no charge! Up to 35 characters can be used on one row, giving
you ample room to list your license number and business name. The 2” diameter
Flat Caps can also be stamped (using one of our stamp sets – see page 23) for
customizing in the eld. The unique plastic insulator allows tight, quick placement
with no fear of corrosion caused by dissimilar metals, and the forged aluminum
construction means that your caps will not break.

WON’T SHIFT OR WOBBLE!
The insulators in our new rebar caps are now made of a single, thicker
piece of plastic. Our improved insulators won’t shift or wobble during
installation, which means your cap is straight on the rebar.
Berntsen was the rst company to recognize that some dissimilar
metals cause corrosion. Our rebar caps with plastic insulators – rst
of their kind – solved this problem by placing a barrier between the
metals. We’ve been making our famous rebar caps for more than
40 years now.
While we were at it we also color-coded the insulator – now you can
tell at a glance which cap is sized for which rebar.
