DELIVERY - We ship by UPS or truck freight depending on the total weight and number of
packages in your order. Next Day, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping via UPS is also
available. Please ask for details and cost.

SHIPPING & HANDLING - Prices do not include shipping charges. Please call, fax, or email
for costs on your order, or add 15% for shipping & handling on BERNTSEN, PERMAMARK
and MORASSE products. On all other items, such as CARSONITE, call for costs.
SALES TAX - Wisconsin resident: Add applicable State, City, and County sales tax(es).
CUSTOM DESIGNED DESIGNS AND LOGOS - Call for quotation. Camera-ready artwork
may be required. For custom stamped logos we also accept artwork as .tif files. For
engraved logos please furnish artwork in .dxf and .dwg file format.
CUSTOM MONUMENTS - We welcome the opportunity to quote on custom survey marker
and monument designs to meet your specifications.

or combinations of designs or parts manufactured by Berntsen is permissible without
the express written consent of Berntsen International, Inc.. Many Berntsen products
