Wired audio Problem Solution
No audio in
the hearing
instruments
Audio source needs to be
turned ON.
Turn hearing instrument microphones off by
pressing the volume/program key up or down for
2 to 3 seconds.
Be careful not to turn off the hearing instruments’
microphones in trafc!
Volume
is too low/high
Volume needs to be
adjusted on the audio
source.
Adjust the volume on the audio source to a level
that suits you when using the SoundGate.
