OVERLOADING
The machine may jam from overloading or by a piece of bone accidentally fed into the blades.
If this should happen:
1. Turn off machine immediately so as not to burn out motor or cause damage to gear box.
2. Unplug power cord.
3. Disassemble blades. Inspect for bent blades.
4. Remove obstruction, clean, inspect and reassemble.
TENDERIZER GROUP
The tenderizer group is the Assembly most often in need of your attention.
When called upon to repair any part of this group you will want to inspect all members of the group for wear
and damage. Repair or replace as indicated by condition.
A. TENDERIZER BLADE ASSEMBLY REPAIR If the blades are bent, or the teeth are broken, the Assem-
bly must be disassembled and repaired.
