WarrantyPeriod
Polarisoffersaproductwarrantyfromthedateofshipment.Duringthe
warrantyperiod,iftheproductfailsduetomaterialormanufacturing
problems,wewillprovidea1-yearwarranty.
WarrantyTerms&Conditions
1.Thiswarrantyislimitedtotherepairorreplacementofdefective
productswithinthewarrantyperiod.(Atoursolediscretion)
2.Forproductsthatmalfunctionwithinthewarrantyperiod,customers
mustsendusanemailat[e-mail]forRMArepair
servicetorequestandthensendthedefectiveproducttous.
3.Thecustomerisrequiredtosendtheproductbackinitsoriginal
packagingorpackagingwithequivalentprotectionandisresponsible
fortheone-wayshippingcostsandtheriskoflossordamageduring
transit(whichcanbeinsured).
4.Customersmustremovetherelevantconfiguration(SIMcard,
memorycard,etc.)intheproductbythemselvesbeforesendingitfor
repair.Wearenotresponsibleforanylossofdataorconfiguration
storedintheproduct.
5.Thewarrantyperiodforproductsrepaired(orexchanged)byusmay
becalculatedonthebasisof3monthsfromthedateofcompletionof
therepair(orexchange),ortheremainingwarrantyperiodofthe
originalproduct,whicheverislonger(forthesamefaultonly).
