How to Check Device Firmware Version
1. Power on the projector
2. Press Menu key to access projector menu
3. Go to Information
4. Check Firmware Version
Please contact BenQ Service Center in your area for firmware update if the
firmware version 1.04 or later version is not loading on your projector.
