Why can’t I download apps from the Internet?
Check the following to ensure that:
• Your phone has a WLAN or mobile data connection.
• Your phone has enough storage space to save your downloads.
• The microSD card where you wish to save your downloads is correctly
inserted in your phone.
How do I force my phone to reboot when it hangs or doesn’t respond?
Press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously until
the phone displays the reboot screen.
