Thunderbolt™ 3 connection

If your problems remain after checking this manual, please contact your place of purchase or
visit the local website from www.BenQ.com for more support and local customer service.
When single monitor is connected, no video or audio output from the laptop with
Thunderbolt™ 3 connection.
Check the cable connections and menu settings in the following order.
• Check if an appropriate cable has been connected to the monitor and the laptop properly.
See Connectivity of Thunderbolt™ 3 port on your monitor on page 15 for more
information.
• Check if the input source has been selected to Thunderbolt 3 from Input > Signal Input.
• Check if it is either Thunderbolt™ 3 port or USB-C™ port used on the computer for
connection. If a USB-C™ port is used, make sure the port supports video signal
transmission.
No response after selecting KVM Switch > USB Upstream.
Check the cable connections and menu settings in the following order.
• Check if an appropriate cable has been connected to the monitor and the second video
source properly. See Connect the PC video cable. on page 18 for more information.
• Check if the input source has been selected to the second video input from KVM Switch >
Video Input.
