Why we chose this…
We decided to choose Dell for our desktop computers. While SUNY Potsdam is primarily a
Gateway campus, we could not pass up the bargain we found on the Dell system. These
computers were upgraded to a 512MB memory, and came standard with an 80G hard drive, and
a 15-inch flat panel monitor for only $495.00. Twenty of these desktop computers will be placed
in the Satterlee 300 computer lab.
In addition to these desktops, there will be one tower that has an additional upgrade to include a
CD/DVD burner. The upgrade will cost $82.80.
