Using the Capture menu
Press to access more capture options. Depending on your settings, the displayed
option icons in the Capture menu may vary.
1. Press > .
2. Press or to select a menu item.
3. Press or to enter the submenu
4. Press or to select the desired setting.
5. Press to confirm the setting.
6. Press to exit the menu mode.
Scene Mode
Select one of the following scene modes to fit your shooting condition.
Icon Mode Description
Auto Mode
The camera automatically decide most
settings, so you can capture images with
ease.
Smart Scene
Automatically selects a scene mode based
on the current shooting environment.
Program
You can set the shooting parameters
manually.
Handheld
Night Shot
Captures photos without using a tripod. The
camera captures a sequence of images, and
then processes these images by reducing
noises and blur. Finally, a rendered night
photo is created.
