Using the Phone Book
Adding contacts to the Phone Book
The capacity of a phone book on your SIM card depends on the type
of SIM card provided by your network operator.
1. In idle mode, enter the phone number that you want to save, then press
(Save).
2. Select the memory where the contact is to be stored. Select from either
Add to SIM or Add to Phone.
3. Scroll to the data field that you want to edit, and then press to
enter data.
4. Press to return to the contact data screen after filling the field.
5. Press (Option) to
• Save: Save the contact data you have entered.
• Change Type: Change the category of the phone number (for
example, from Mobile Number to Home Number). This option
can only be used in the phone number data field.
• Add New Field: Adds additional data fields for a contact.
• Delete Field: Removes the selected data field.
6. Once you have completed editing, press (Option) and select
Save to save contact's details.
