FAQ and troubleshooting
The chapter describes situations that you may encounter during use of the device, along with

Why does the device not respond after the Power button is pressed?
Connect the adapter to the device and electric outlet again. And make sure you have pressed
and held the Power button for at least 3 seconds.
I have problems with setting up Wi-Fi.
Please follow these steps to solve the problems.
Have you already activated the Wi-Fi function on the device? Also, please make sure the Wi-Fi
icon on the status bar shows connection and strong signals. If you do not see the connection
icon, make sure if you have properly set up the Wi-Fi device in order to receive signals.
I encountered some problems while using Google Play Store. What should I do?
It is recommended that you contact the Google Play Store customer service for instant and
direct assistance.
Can I cover the touchscreen with a sticker for protection?
No, the sticker hinders the touch or slide movements.
The touchscreen feels rough when I slide on the touchscreen. How do I clear it?
It is recommended that you use silicone oil or the Pledge cleaner to clean and maintain the
