59 Introducing main applications
• During playback, tap the screen to bring the tool bar for more functions.
Uploading images
You can choose an existing file from the internal memory or the connected storage devices, or
activate the built-in webcam to take a new picture and upload the file immediately. If a new
folder is preferred to save the new files, see Creating a new album on page 59.
Under Photo album or the desired folder (album), tap to upload a new image/clip.
Creating a new album
Under Photo album, you can create a new folder (i.e. a new album) for new images/clips.
1. Tap and select Add a new folder to the cloud.
2. Input the name of the folder, and confirm with OK.
Viewing and managing calendars and to-do lists
You can manage your own and the family calendars from Calendar. By default, the personal
calendar is displayed when you enter Calendar.
• Tap Day to view the calendar by date.
• Tap Week to view the calendar by week.
• Tap To do to view the do-do items.
• Tap to view the family calendar of all the family members.
• Tap to switch back to your personal calendar.
Supported file formats in Family Board are:
• Images: *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.png
• Video files: *.3gpp, *.3gp, *.flv, *.mp4
• Audio files: *.mp3, *.m4a, *.mid, *.wma, *.wav, *.aac,*.ogg, *.amr
The calendars managed here can be accessed from Family Board only and are not synced with the one managed
from >
Calendar.
