57 Introducing main applications
Joining a family board
Once an invitation of a family board is received, follow the procedures to join the family board.
1. Click the link to the family board in the invitation to launch Browser/Internet Explorer
from your computer.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to join the family board. You are requested to input the
family code that comes with the invitation.
3. Once you have joined the family board, you can share your life with other family members
easily through Family Board. For devices other than the BenQ smart display, you can
access Family Board from compatible version of application.
Browsing the Home page
Once all the family members are joined, you can find the most up-to-date status of the family
from the Home page as you enter Family Board.
If you have joined two or more family boards, tap the picture that represents the current board from the Home
page to switch to other boards.

1 • Displays the name and picture of the current family board, and the owner of this
board.
• Switches to other family boards if available.
2 Playback of the images uploaded to
Family Board.
3 Displays the pictures taken or uploaded a year ago.
4 Displays current date and time.
